NDIS and Nutrition

What is an NDIS Dietitian?

Under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), participants are entitled to a wide range of disability-related health support services. An NDIS dietitian plays a key role in helping participants improve their understanding of nutrition, develop food knowledge, and foster essential food skills to support their health and well-being.

How Can Beyond Dietetics Help You?

Ensuring proper nutrition for individuals with disabilities can be complex due to the unique and specific food and nutritional needs associated with various conditions, including physical, intellectual, sensory, neurological, and psychiatric impairments.

At Beyond Dietetics, we’re committed to providing personalised, compassionate support to help you reach your health and wellness goals. We offer mobile dietetic services within the Metropolitan Adelaide area, with no additional travel fees. Our Accredited Practising Dietitians work closely with NDIS participants, their families, caregivers, and healthcare teams to create sustainable, tailored nutrition plans.
